In Spring 2023, I decided to double major, adding an Advertising & Public Relations degree (with a concentration in Public Relations) to my plan. My work has consisted of producing media advisories, graphic design experience, presenting a PR campaign, etc.

Awarded 1st place in my Communications Research Methods course in Fall 2024 as my team created a freelance campaign for an industry client focusing on outreach, impressions, and conducting primary data to specify the target audience.
In Fall 2023, my introduction to PR was creating a campaign based on the needs of a local volunteer clinic, and developed solutions for their customer's problems as well as the campaigning that goes into it. This presentation was awarded 2nd Place in my PR class.
In Fall 2024, I provided a Transmedia News Package for the local New Tampa Performing Arts Center. I focused on the relevance of key details to newsworthiness, and connected my experience in journalism to learning PR objectives.
In Fall 2024, I created an industry research report for a local coffee company focusing on their and their competitors social media, with primary research conducted via disguised observations.
During Spring 2023, I adapted to a new website design software, Figma, to create my own idea for a website and an improvement to Spotify user experience.
In Fall 2023, my group and I focused on a strategic media plan that Spotify could implement during the holiday season. We evaluated what was successful, their competitors, and ideas going forward.
In Spring 2024, I interpreted the Terry Bollea v. Gawker Media Supreme Court case. We focused on its interpretations to the communication field as we know it, and the precedent it set for newsworthiness and public interest in our culture today.
I've been knowledgable in Adobe InDesign since high school yearbook (where I also learned StudioWorks), but I was taught more InDesign during my graphic design college courses, as shown here. This project is from Fall 2024.
I created a media advisory to get local news stations to cover the Tampa Tarpons closing ceremony, deciding what was newsworthy, what was irrelevant, and catered to the media instead of the public in Fall 2024.
